Beard and Patterson discussed the process for obtaining permits to construct from architectural drawings and stormwater and drainage to building plan approvals and site development.
Wayne Wolf of Imperial Foods talked about the company that expanded to Lewisburg from Illinois that will make food for retail and military services. Wolf gave the students a tour of the building on the inside and talked about the process of construction required for a food service company.
Spot Lowe Technology Center is a vocational training facility in Lewisburg for Middle School and High School students to learn skills of trade from engineering, CNC machining, Automotive Technology, Industrial Maintenance Safety, Residential Electricity, Criminal Justice, Health Sciences, Welding and Cosmetology.
